Shirodhara Oil Treatment
Shirodhara is a 90-minute therapy session which supports the hormonal and nervous systems. It clears our senses, soothes anxiety, depression, and fatigue, decreases stress, and enhances immunity and pleasure.
It begins with a warm oil scalp and foot massage. Warm oil is then gently and continuously poured through a copper vessel over the forehead, creating a soothing effect over the mind and body as you experience a meditative state. It ends with a hibsicus amalaki hair wash to cleanse your scalp and leave you feeling refreshed.
To maximize healing, we recommend a 3-session series. Shirodhara can also be performed with Abhyanga, jointly. See our programs for more information.
