In a 90-minute wellness consultation, you will begin to learn how to utilize strength training, asanas, pranayama/breathing, and meditation for health and wellness. We can help balance your energy from dynamic to subtle, building upon concepts of balanced health and vitality while increasing confidence and a peaceful mind. One-on-One Practice Sessions are recommended to get guidance and go through the consultation recommendations. Bring your own mat and mask. Monthly Follow-up Sessions are recommended to reassess and build on the previous gains made from the last month, and create the next month's program.
