Ayurveda arises from the Vedic tradition, one of humanity's oldest and most complete systems of knowledge, rooted in Sankhya philosophy and the direct observation of nature. Its principles reflect universal truths: that the universe, nature, and each of us are rhythmic by design. That life moves in patterns. That when we learn to recognize and tend to those patterns, something in us settles.
I came to Ayurveda through my own health journey slowly, at my own pace, with growing gratitude for the compassion it offered me. It met me where I was. It gave me language for what I was experiencing, and tools I could actually use. Over time, it became not just a clinical framework but a way of moving through the world.
I share it because it has given me so much — because it is a gift I can pass on. This knowledge, preserved and transmitted through generations of dedicated Vedic scholars and vaidyas, has been practiced in its homeland for thousands of years. It is a gift to humanity.
My consultations are built around principles shared for generations, and I remain, always, a student of nature and of myself.
One of those principles is this: your body, like nature, is already rhythmic. Digestive rhythms, circadian rhythms, metabolic and hormonal rhythms. These sessions offer an opportunity to learn a way of listening to what is already speaking and moving through you.

A wellness consultation is an invitation to share what's present for you. Your health history, your rhythms, your goals, and to explore how Ayurveda might offer practical, grounded support for your daily life.
Together, we look at digestion and elimination, nutrient assimilation, nervous system support, and immune resilience. We explore how you relate to the natural principles already at work in your body, and begin to uncover the daily practices that may best support you.
Learning to incorporate self-care is a process. Some things settle in quickly. Others unfold over time. Together, we create a customized care guide — a clear, supportive map you can return to as your needs shift with the seasons.

A Full Introduction to Care
The Foundational Care Package is a supported, guided entry into Ayurveda. Combining a full consultation, an abhyanga session, and a follow-up into one cohesive experience. It is designed for those who want to begin with depth and continuity, rather than a single appointment.
A detailed, personalized care guide helps you explore which daily practices fit comfortably into your life and rhythm. The abhyanga session is woven in to support the body directly, inviting the release of held tension, nourishing the tissues, and grounding newly introduced practices in a felt, embodied way. The follow-up offers continued guidance, education, and support as you begin to integrate.

90-minute Care Guide Review — Together, we walk through your customized care guide and herbal recommendations. Questions are welcome at every step.
Abhyanga Session — Warm herbal oil, full body and scalp, with attention to Marma points (vital energy centers). This session supports and integrates both your on-site experience and your home self-care practice.
90-minute Follow-Up — We review how your mind and body have responded to the recommendations and refine your care plan for the season ahead.

Your 90-minute follow-up is determined together at your initial consultation, timed to give your mind and body space to experience the recommendations before we reconnect.
When we meet again, we review what has shifted, what feels supportive, and what may need refining. We look at the season ahead and adjust your care plan accordingly.
Ayurveda works gradually and cumulatively. Having a dedicated space to check in, ask questions, and tend to what's emerging ensures the benefits continue to build at your own pace, in your own time.
