​East Bay Ayurveda has been serving Oakland and the East Bay for 11 years. Our mission is to empower and support the community through holistic wellness of mind and body. We integrate principles from Ayurveda, an ancient Vedic healing science, with the modern lifestyle of our clients. We aim to support, educate and empower with the tools necessary for holistic wellness wherever you are in your wellness journey.

What We Offer

We offer personalized wellness consultations and ayurvedic services, including abhyanga massage, shirodhara oil therapy, facials, and cleansing and rejuvenation programs. We can work with you to develop a personalized self-care plan that considers your dosha, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and goals, and provide the services, wellness products, and at-home tips you need to follow through on that plan.

We also have an in-house apothecary called Botanica Ayurveda, where we make and sell single herbs, herbal formulations, teas, ayurvedic oils, skincare products, and wellness gifts. We have private shopping appointments to help you sort through which products are best for you based on your specific needs.

East Bay Ayurveda is open for in-person ayurvedic services, therapies, and massages, as well as virtual consultations. We also sell products in person and online.
