Cecilia Fernandez
Cecilia is a SF Bay Area native, and has been practicing Ayurveda for over 10 years. She was trained extensively, in Ayurvedic health education and practices at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She later earned her Neuromuscular massage therapy certification from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA. Her combined training makes her a versatile practitioner. However, she specializes in herbal and dietary remedies, yoga therapy, and Pancha Karma therapies.
Cecilia is a constant student of Ayurveda, and is currently enrolled at Kerala Ayurveda Academy with aspirations to join the Ayurvedic Doctor Program.
In addition to consultations, Cecilia provides community health education workshops throughout the greater SF Bay Area. She has also curated International Ayurveda Immersion programs.
Cecilia is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and is the current appointed Director of Ayurveda at the Dhyanyoga Center in Antioch California.
